End-User License Agreement (Back-Office Software)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") covers the private back-office software application used by Accurate Landscaping LLC (the "Software"), including its connection to QuickBooks Online.
1. Who may use the Software
The Software is a private, internal application. It is licensed only to Accurate Landscaping LLC and its authorized owners and team members. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to the public.
2. What the Software does
With the company's authorization, the Software reads and writes the company's own QuickBooks Online data (for example customers, products/services and invoices), Microsoft OneDrive/Outlook data, and text messages, in order to keep job records, prepare invoices and draft emails for human review. It does not send invoices or emails to customers on its own, and it does not delete records without approval.
3. Data
All data remains the property of Accurate Landscaping LLC. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The company may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from QuickBooks or from the Software's disconnect page.
4. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Users are responsible for reviewing all invoices, records and drafts before relying on them or sending them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developers and operators of the Software are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
6. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
